Terms of purchase and shipping
This website was created only for informational purposes. We are making deals only by contacting the buyer directly. We are working both with legal entities and individuals. For legal entities (VAT payers), we are selling the items with no taxes included.
The direct steps for buying the items from us:
1) Use our catalogue, find the products you are interested in and add them in your cart. Use checkout button and fill the form. We will contact you via email.

3) List us the personal numbers of the products you are interested in and we will collect them all for you at our warehouse and prepare them for transportation.
4) We provide delivery for large orders across the territory of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia using the micro bus , with a capacity of 4 euro pallets. We also ship goods by DPD courier an DPD package. The shipping options depend on the quantity and sizes of the ordered items. After placing your order, we will contact you and offer the most advantageous shipping method.
5) We are accepting the payment by cash or bank transfer on our company’s bank account.
6) At the end, you will receive your package in its best condition with an invoice for each item you have ordered from us.
Terms of agreement
1) DLS trade company is not in any way responsible for the profit or loss of the buyer.
2) DLS trade is not responsible for the integrity, functionality and complectation of the goods. Buyers have the right to inspect the goods before purchase (during sorting, we check all the items for functionality. If an item is found to be non-functional, we do not sell it). Please contact us by email or through the contact form in advance for this purpose.
3) The purchase of the goods by legal entities, who are VAT payers (with the corresponding discount) can be made only after providing our company with all of the necessary information about the establishment (such as registration number, VAT number, the company’s address and name), and following payment from the buyer’s company’s bank account.
Return Policy
1) Every customer has the right to exchange the product if it doesn't meet their expectations for any reason.
2) The customer is entitled to choose any available product of equal value as a replacement for the returned item.
3) The customer has a 14-day period from the date of receipt to initiate the return process.
4) When exchanging a product, the customer must return it in the same condition as when they purchased it (the product should not be damaged, broken, or soiled by the customer).
We do not offer cash refunds. Only exchanges for alternative items from our store are possible.
